Before Your Visit

- Get to our facility with VIP shuttles or a ground ambulance, if needed.
During Your Visit
Our IPS team provides:
- Payment coordination, whether you are paying for yourself (self-pay), using international insurance, or being sponsored by the embassy.
- Language assistance and interpretation services.
- Updates to sponsoring international insurance providers, embassies, or governmental bodies regarding your medical care needs
After Your Visit
Before you return to your home country, our team will:
- Supply the equipment and medication you need to travel home safely and comfortably.
- Provide information about how to maintain your health when you arrive home.
- Help you coordinate follow-up care at home with your provider or healthcare institution by preparing all your medical records in English.
